Gianna

I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Gianna's family on Saturday. They were so sweet - and I appreciate their patience as my camera had a mind of its own just during their session. It worked fine for the next session so I dont know what that was about - sorry guys! Anyway, I think we got some lovely images to share. Andrew

He's 5 1/2 months old now. Today we had nice weather. Although the breeze was brisk, the sun was shining and it was somewhere around 60 degrees.  I put this new hat on him and a jacket and went to test out his sitting up skills. Here are my favorites from our short quick session:

Ava is 1

Miss Ava is a year old already. We couldn't get a lot of smiles out of her yesterday evening, but she still has a doll face when she is not smiling. Here are my favorites:

Bella

Bella is only 4 weeks old and I had the privilege of being her photographer last Saturday. I just love new babies. Her four year old big sister was great too! Here are my favorites from the session:

 

And one of big sister Breanna. They let me use her as my first test model for my new floor prop:

And then I spent quite a while creating a picture of their feet together. We couldn't seem to get a good one during the session, so I looked through the images and found two I could photoshop together. Below are the two original files followed by the result.

Grace - 9 months

Grace is such a cutie. She is 9 months old now and not remotely interested in sitting still. She did a good job though, thanks to her parents diligent efforts to entertain! Here are some of my favorites:

Andrew

Andrew will be 5 months old in a week. I love it when babies play with their feet or eat their toes. Usually this is around six months, but I was afraid the window of opportunity might close by then, so just in case, I went ahead and got one. I may try again at his 6 month session, but I at least have this one to hold me over.

 

 And these were bonus pictures. When my brother was a baby (older than this) he wore a sweater outfit for a picture my mom has. All of it is still too big, but he looked so cute in the hat I wanted to take a picture anyway. So here are the two I got of him wearing a hat that is well over 30 years old!

  

 

Katie - 9 months

Katie's mom had quite the workout in trying to entertain her. Unfortunately she was not all smiles like she usually is, but we still got some cute ones and several funny ones too. Here are some of my favorites from her session last week:
